For eight years, we ran a celebrity interview on the back page of FRANCE Magazine. One of my favourite ever interviews was with Michel Roux, OBE, with whom I have worked closely over the time I have been editor of FRANCE Magazine. He is someone I have enormous respect for and am always keen to hear his latest news, and his fascinating insight into French cuisine.
For several years, he has requested copies of the magazine to place in the hotel rooms at The Waterside Inn.
