One of my favourite places in South East Asia is Hoi An, in Vietnam. As part of a three-week trip around the country and Cambodia (Angkor Wat, pictured) in 2008, I spent a few days in the town getting measured up by its famous tailors (for a whole new wardrobe it seemed!) and indulging in the amazing food. While there, I spent a day at the Red Bridge Cookery school and reported on it for Metro.
